Some rain and rainy effects, continue reading to get the wallpaper.
But why take so long?
I actually finished this about a week ago, but I noticed that certain things didint look right. I fixed most (It was also my birthday, so pffft).
Please right click the bottom link and click save image as or your whole screen will fill up with rain. Yes I know that rain cannot technically “fill” something up….you know fine, just click on it, see what happens.
